Office Assistant – SOL Registrar and Student Academic Services
Job Description
Provide administrative assistance to office staff of the Registrar and Student Academic Services by means of customer service, filing, phone coverage, running on-campus errands, and General Office Help.
Special Skills Needed:
- Previous office experience required
- Business School Student preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word preferred
- Dependable and willing to work in busy, professional office environment
- Greet and assist students, faculty and staff
- Assist with special projects as assigned
- Respect and adhere to strict confidentiality policy
